In this activity, you can be individually taught how to make the flower of Chrysanthemum Nerikiri by Seitaro Ohashi, young master of Seikodo, established 1929. Nerikiri is type of Jo-Namagashi, Japanese sweets, especially made from white bean paste and used for expressing seasons. Through this experience, you may feel and learn Japanese sweets’s delicateness and craftsman’s skill. Of course, freshly made Nerikiri tastes amazing.
